Each morning I would painfully drive into my workplace, dreading the traffic, fearful of the small talk with my colleagues, and watching that clock constantly so I could escape home as fast as possible.
I despised my job. I hated some of the people I worked with. I was overloaded with negativity, and that is all I could see and feel.

However, to receive, you must become a “vibrational match.”
A vibrational match literally means matching your vibration to the vibration of your dreams. In short, we receive the experiences that match what we are giving out energetically.
The best way to do this is by creating positive emotions of joy, love, and gratitude.
This should be exercised throughout your day, in every situation. I know this sometimes feels challenging, but every cloud has a silver lining – focus on that.
You could try practising the emotions that you’d feel if you had already achieved what you want.
Negative thoughts creep upon us all. You must catch yourself when they do sneak in and turn them into positive emotions. Of course, this takes a lot of time and effort – practise makes perfect.
